All digital products ordered from Samantha Wilde Books' store are non-refundable. Before placing your order, please ensure you're ordering the correct digital copy and quantity.
All personalized paperbacks are non-refundable. Samantha Wilde Books is not responsible for damages that happen during shipping. However, if a book is severely damaged please contact us at here: hello@samanthawilde.co and we'll do our best to come to a solution.
We do not offer shipping labels for returns of damaged goods. Any damaged item must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note, we will refer to the tracking receipt to determine the 7 day window.
Also, please note, we are a small team fulfilling orders and managing the store! However your concerns are important and we will respond ASAP.
